Brick N’ Spirit is a family owned and operated horse trailer converted full functioning luxury bar serving the Greater Sacramento area. We offer an exciting and memorable way to celebrate your special occasion with a unique bar experience unlike any other. We provide a wide variety of craft cocktails, wine, draft beer and more so your guests will be raving about your event. Unlike most mobile bar companies we hold a catering liquor license, which means we can not only provide all the alcohol but we also have the ability to order specific inventory from the top alcohol distributers. We are flexible and can work with anyone on making sure we meet your vision for your event.

Hi there! We’re Greg and Courtney Frande, the owners of Brickyard Counter & Bar in El Dorado Hills. We both have been working in the hospitality industry for over 15 years and share a passion for creating a fun atmosphere and memorable experiences. Over the years of serving El Dorado Hills we have fallen in love with the community. Brick N’ Spirit mobile bar was born to be able to bring a little bit of Brickyard to you! With the proper expertise and licensing we are able ensure your event will be stress free and simple. Let us do all the work, we got you!

How do I book?

Do you supply the alcohol?
YES! We are licensed and legally allowed to provide and serve your event with our liquor license and event based permit. Based on the package you choose, we provide hand picked craft beer, wine and liquors which can be customizable.
How many guests can Brick N’ Spirit serve?
We always provide two bartenders so your guests won’t be waiting in lengthy lines. We can accommodate up to 200 guest. All packages are customizable but we recommend scaling down the amount of options as the guest count increases.
How does pricing work?
Because we are providing all alcohol, mixers, ingredients, cups etc we base our package pricing on per person for the amount of guests attending.
Can you provide a cash bar?
Yes. We have the ability to offer a cash bar package.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Brick N’ Spirt carries general and liquor liability insurance. Your bartenders are licensed RBS certified.

What does Brick N’ Spirit provide?
We provide everything from the permits, bartenders, barware, menu customization, ice, liquor, kegs, wine, mixers, garnishes, cups, straws, a photo backdrop, and an experience your guests won’t forget.
What are the requirements to book?
A minimum of at least 50 guests is required to book Brick N’ Spirit.
What do I need to provide?
Access to a 9×15 flat area and 120v outlet within at least 100ft. We can provide a generator at an additional cost of $25 if power is in not accessible.
What Decor comes with the trailer?
While the trailer itself is decor, we do not provide anything additional like balloons or florals. We highly recommend letting your event coordinator and florist know ahead of time if you would like to add some decor to the bar as it helps tie the look of the event all together.
Where are you located and will you travel?
We are located in El Dorado Hills, CA. Travel up to 30 miles is included in your package, each additional mile is $4 per mile. Based on availability, any event over 50 miles would require a hotel cost added to your package.
What is your refund policy?
We require a 20% deposit to remove your date from our availability which is refundable up to 90 days before your event. The remaining balance is due the day before your event. In the event there is rain you must provide a tent to cover the trailer and surrounding bar areas.
